Shipping policy

The prices listed on the product pages are final prices, which means they include the statutory VAT and other price components plus shipping costs. Prices are quoted and payment is made in Euros.   

Shipping  
Shipping is only possible to delivery addresses within the EU.   
Customers from Switzerland can order directly from our partner L+M. Delivery will be made by GLS or UPS depending on the size of the package. Freight costs can be found in the attached table.

Credit card payment  
Pay your order quickly and securely with your Visa or Mastercard credit card. Your order will be shipped promptly after receipt of payment (subject to availability of the product).   

 

Direct debit payment  
Customers with a valid bank account in a country participating in the SEPA direct debit scheme can also conveniently pay by direct debit.  

Payment by Paypal  
Customers with a Paypal account will be redirected and can conveniently pay with their email address and password.
